1. Services

Ink Solutions provides professional technical support services including, but not limited to, printer setup and configuration, driver installation, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, WiFi and network setup, smart home device installation, TV mounting, computer repair and maintenance, mobile device support, and home security installation. Services may be delivered remotely via encrypted screen-sharing software or on-site at your premises, as agreed at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service at our discretion where we determine it is outside our scope, technically unfeasible, or would require us to act in a manner inconsistent with applicable law.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Misuse or abuse our services in any way that causes disruption to other users or our systems
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, networks, or data
  • Use our services to facilitate any illegal activity, including copyright infringement, fraud, or data theft
  • Provide false or misleading information when booking or during a support session
  • Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward our staff
  • Attempt to circumvent software licences or digital rights management systems

Breach of these acceptable use conditions may result in immediate termination of your session or membership without refund.

3. Booking & Appointments

Support sessions may be booked via our website, live chat, or email. By booking a session, you confirm that you are the authorised owner or user of the device(s) in question, or that you have obtained permission from the owner to request support.

We will make every reasonable effort to honour scheduled appointments. In rare cases where we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative appointment at no additional charge.

4. Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. For one-off support sessions, payment may be required before or at the time of the session. For subscription membership plans, payment is collected monthly in advance on your billing date.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards and other methods as confirmed at the point of purchase. We will never request payment via gift cards, cryptocurrency, or wire transfer.

Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension or cancellation of your service or membership. Any disputed charges should be raised with us directly within 14 days of the transaction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ink Solutions provides all services on a best-efforts basis. While we aim to resolve all issues successfully, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome in every case. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
  • We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or unintended changes to your files or software configuration
  • We are not liable for damage to hardware caused by pre-existing faults, power surges, or factors beyond our reasonable control
  • Our total liability in any single matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

You are solely responsible for backing up all important data before any support session begins. We strongly recommend doing so as a precaution regardless of the nature of the issue.

6. Remote Access

Where remote support is provided, you grant Ink Solutions temporary, limited access to your device solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed support service. You acknowledge that:

  • Remote access is conducted only with your explicit consent at the start of each session
  • You can revoke access and end the session at any time
  • Our expert will not access files, applications, or areas of your device beyond what is necessary to resolve your issue
  • Remote access permissions are not retained after the session ends

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ink Solutions website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Ink Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission.

References to third-party brands, product names, and trademarks (such as HP, Epson, Canon, Microsoft) are for descriptive purposes only. Ink Solutions is an independent support provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Our collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. 9. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • Remote support sessions may be cancelled at any time before the session begins
  • On-site appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee
  • Monthly membership plans may be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for partial months of membership

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve your concern or arrange a discretionary refund where appropriate.
