Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings and memberships with Ink Solutions ("we", "us", "our") may be cancelled or refunded. By placing an order or booking a service with us, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be booked via our website, live chat, or email. Once a booking is confirmed, it is subject to the cancellation terms outlined in this policy. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible via live chat or email with your booking reference and details.

2. Cancellations by You

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking at no cost provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: no charge
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service charge may apply
  • No-shows without prior notice: the full service charge may apply

If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will consider your situation on a case-by-case basis.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a confirmed booking at no cost provided adequate notice is given as described above. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred alternative date and time, subject to availability.

Ink Solutions may also need to reschedule appointments on rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available slot at no additional charge.

4. Monthly Membership Plans

Our monthly membership plans can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your membership, please contact us by email or live chat with your account details and a cancellation request.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access to membership benefits until that date
  • We do not offer refunds for unused days within a billing period
  • No minimum contract period applies — you are free to cancel at any time without penalty
  • If you cancel and later wish to rejoin, you are welcome to do so at the standard rate applicable at that time

5. Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make every effort to address the issue. Discretionary refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • We were unable to deliver the agreed service and no alternative solution was possible
  • The service was not delivered as agreed due to an error on our part
  • You cancelled a booking before it began and payment had already been taken

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The service was completed as agreed and dissatisfaction is unrelated to our workmanship
  • Incomplete or inaccurate information was provided that affected the outcome
  • Insufficient time or access was given to complete the service
  • Cancellation requests for monthly memberships submitted after the billing date for that period

7. Cancellations by Ink Solutions

In the event that Ink Solutions needs to cancel a confirmed booking, we will provide as much advance notice as possible. You will be offered a full refund of any payment already made, or the option to reschedule at your convenience — whichever you prefer.
