Do unused sessions roll over to the next month?
Unfortunately unused sessions do not roll over — they reset at the start of each billing month. If you find you're consistently not using your sessions, our team can help you find a more suitable plan.
What happens when I cancel my membership?
When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged for the following month. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Is there a free trial available?
We don't currently offer a free trial, but we do offer a satisfaction guarantee on every session. If you're not happy, we'll make it right. You can also start with the Basic plan at just £9.99/month with no long-term commitment.
